| RR10 LEAGUE |
| The RR10 league is a series of races organised by running clubs in south-west Hampshire for their members. The races are held on Wednesday evenings during the spring and summer. Entry is free. All of the races are 4-5 miles off-road. The standard of runners varies from 5 to 12 minute milers so, however fast you are, there will always be someone to run with. If you aren't a member of one of the organising clubs, go to one of their websites (links below) and join up so that you can be part of the fun! All participation is at your own risk. |

RUNNER REGISTRATION The results process is based on that used by parkrun. Runners will be given a finish position token after they cross the line and must then go to an official to have the token and their parkrun barcode scanned. Since we do not have access to the parkrun servers we need every runner to register their parkrun id and other details with us before their first race. This will only ever need to be done once. Please use this register link to record your details. NO BARCODE OR NO REGISTRATION MEANS NO RESULT! As specified above, registrations will carry forward indefinitely, but if you have changed clubs since the previous season, you must re-register with your new details. The AGM agreed that we should go to five year vet categories from now on. FYI, this is how the Men's leagues and Women's leagues would have ended up if five year categories had been in place for 2023. Another significant change to note is that, from 2024 on, the wearing of club colours is mandatory. Any runner not wearing club colours will be excluded from the results of that race. |
A runner's category is fixed for the season at their age on the date of the first race.
